About the Job

We are looking for a paid advertising expert who brings both analytical precision and creative campaign development skills to maximize advertising performance and lead generation. Your work will focus on campaign optimization, budget management, and conversion rate improvement. The key responsibility for this role is to manage PPC campaigns for 10-12 home services clients, optimizing ad spend to generate qualified leads while maintaining strong return on advertising spend (ROAS).

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for home services markets

  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive clicks and conversions

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven optimization decisions

  • Manage advertising budgets and bid strategies to maximize return on ad spend

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing objectives

  • Stay current with platform updates, advertising best practices, and home services industry trends

  • 3-5 years of PPC campaign management experience, preferably in home services or local business sectors

  • You have proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns

  • You bring analytical skills and strategic thinking to campaign optimization and performance improvement

  • You excel at budget management and can optimize spend across multiple client accounts

  • You are detail-oriented and comfortable with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking

  • You have experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and popular PPC management tools

  • You understand local market dynamics and how to compete effectively in home services advertising

  • You are results-focused and can maintain strong performance metrics across multiple campaigns

  • While this role focuses on paid advertising, we value candidates who understand how PPC supports broader marketing objectives and lead generation goals
