Your work will focus on lead nurturing, customer retention, and revenue generation through personalized email experiences. The key responsibility for this role is to manage email marketing programs for 8-10 home services clients, creating automated campaigns that drive customer engagement, repeat business, and referral generation.

Performance Optimization: Monitor email metrics, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

What you’ll do
Design and implement email automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention
Create compelling email content including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and follow-up sequences
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and service history
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance
Monitor email deliverability, compliance, and performance metrics across multiple client accounts
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing objectives
Stay current with email marketing best practices, compliance requirements, and platform updates

Requirements
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of email marketing experience, preferably in home services, local business, or service industries
You have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
You bring both technical automation skills and creative content development abilities
You excel at segmentation strategies and personalized messaging for different customer segments
You are analytical and comfortable with email performance metrics and optimization techniques
You have strong attention to detail and understand email compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
You understand customer lifecycle marketing and how email supports lead generation and retention
You are organized and can manage multiple email programs while maintaining high deliverability standards
While this role focuses on email marketing, we value candidates who understand how email integrates with broader marketing automation and customer relationship strategies
